Our office is located at 4200 W. Memorial Rd. Ste. 809, about a 5-minute drive from Northwest Oklahoma City. The easiest way to reach us is to head east on W Memorial Rd for about 2 miles, then turn right onto McAuley Blvd. Then, turn right after passing Oklahoma Spine Sports & Rehab then make the first left and you’ll see us next to Physicians Optical, behind Mercy Pharmacy at Mercy Tower.
